SOCIAL STRATEGY  ·  TALENT & CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS  ·  GROWTH ADVISOR

Marketing Executive for Entertainment, Brands & Talent.

15+ years building the systems, teams, and relationships that turn social into a distribution engine. I originated and scaled multiple service lines at one of the top social media agencies in Los Angeles, giving me a rare end-to-end view of how talent strategy, creator relations, and brand storytelling connect to measurable business outcomes. What sets me apart is the combination of strategic vision and operational command. I can define a global marketing roadmap and present it to a C-suite in the morning, and brief a creator on authentic brand integration in the afternoon. I'm commercially fluent, data-driven, and culturally tuned, always watching where attention is moving before it becomes obvious.

About

A Builder & Connector at Heart.

I've been in social since brands were still figuring out what it was for. 15+ years, from the early experiments to the strategy behind billions of views. I've watched this industry get invented in real time, and I've spent my career building the playbooks that didn't exist yet.

I've spend over a decade working alongside top talent on set and in real time, and turned it into the industry model. I do the same thing wherever I land: spot what's missing, build the practice and frameworks. I've done it through every curveball the industry has thrown, the pandemic, the strikes, the algorithm shifts nobody saw coming. The constant isn't the company or the title. It's me, staying curious and building what's next.

I believe a leader should be a coach and a mentor, and collaboration and clear communication can solve the majority of issues before they start. I enjoy connecting the dots between people, platforms, and purpose.

What I've Built.

A few things I'm proud of.

Originator

The Social Embed Role

Before 'on-set social producer' was a familiar term on-set, I was building the model. I created the social embed role from scratch working directly with talent to capture content, develop audience strategy, and collaborate with major networks and studios. It became an entirely new service line and is now a role widely used across the industry.

Launch Strategist

Peacock: Talent & Social at Launch

As a senior leader at DMM, I helped launch NBCUniversal's Peacock streaming platform from a talent and social media strategy perspective. That meant building the framework for how talent, content, and channels would all show up together for a brand-new streaming service with no existing playbook.

Senior Leader

Agency Growth  to Acquisition

Over 11+ years, I grew with Digital Media Management as it became one of the most respected digital agencies in entertainment. I originated multiple service lines, built cross-functional teams, and helped shape the senior leadership culture, all the way through the company's 8-figure acquisition.

MY POV

The State of Marketing

Some thoughts and predictions.

Entertainment & Brand

The industry continues to evolve and technology is moving faster than ever. Just as we've wrapped our minds around streaming alongside broadcast, social media platforms have become content distribution channels of their own. Creating content is easier than ever, but owning an audience and community still takes strategy and authentic messaging. Talent & Creators are the new writers, producers, and brand owners.

AI & New Tech

The next frontier in AI isn't technical, it's human. Right now, the industry's go-to-market playbook is built for developers, but as AI becomes part of everyday life, the real opportunity is educating the masses. Mainstream audiences don't need documentation. They need storytellers who can make these products feel approachable, useful, and relevant to their actual lives. That's where social marketing leaders, earned media, and culturally fluent content become essential. The companies that win won't just have the best models. They'll have the best translators, the people who can turn complex technology into stories that millions of people understand and trust.

Advertising & Partnerships

The era of one-off brand partnerships is ending. Consumers are inundated with content every day, and they've stopped trusting most of what they see. What earns attention now is consistency and genuine value, brands that show up for communities over time and actually give people what they need. The marketing leaders who win will be the ones who can build IP that spans multiple verticals by design, not as a retroactive scramble after launch. That means choosing creators, communities, and partners for the long game, the ones who truly fit. The studios, networks, and brands that commit to that approach are the ones who get rewarded.
